opinion on google chrome

shouldn't google chrome have a shortcut for opening a page from google search in a new tab and that shortcut should be right click mouse instead of selecting awkwardly every time and getting rsi? and why not be consistent with picasa and star a page with spacebar - that would be another elegant shortcut
